In October 2024, we launched Shroom Boom—our first product line made from fermented mushrooms. The response? Unexpectedly wild. The first two batches sold out almost immediately . We were as happy as little truffle pigs.
But: We believe there is more to come .
Because anyone who ferments knows – patience tastes good.
And that's exactly why we decided to go one step further: we extended the fermentation time.
Why?
Because we've learned, tested, and tasted a lot over the past few months. And because we believe that good food doesn't have to be fast—it has to be better. The new recipes develop more depth, more complexity, more umami. Precisely what defines Shroom Boom.
What does this mean for you?
